RETURNS & EXCHANGE PROCESS

If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from delivery date to initiate a return to the original form of payment or exchange for another item following the steps below. Return amount will be deducted from original purchase cost. 

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please use the Contact Us link or email us at contact@shopdlcollective.com and provide your name, email, order number, and style you wish to return or exchange.
  • Once request has been received we will provide a FedEx return label. Cost of return label will be deducted from the original purchase price. 
  • You have 7 days from the date the return label is generated to have the package scanned and sent back via FedEx. We request items must be sent back using a box size equivalent to that of the original delivery or smaller as to not incur additional charges for large or oversize packages.
  • Please note the return cost will be deducted from the original payment.

SHIPPING:

You have 7 days from the date the return label is generated to have the package scanned and sent back via FedEx. If returns are sent back using an alternative shipping method we do not take liability for any lost or damaged returns.

RETURN & EXCHANGE APPROVAL POLICY:

All returns and exchanges must be in the original, unaltered, unworn, sellable condition in the original packaging. If product arrives in damaged or condition we deem as unsaleable we reserve the right to refuse refunds and exchanges. The original item will be sent back at the customers expense.
